I purchased this Bosch machine for making small amounts of yeast dough. Unfortunately, the kneading / whisk mechanism was slightly jamming from the beginning. After 6 months, the dough hook jammed so had to send the machine in for repair. The repair was not carried out conscientiously. The kneading hook has been removed from the mechanism and replaced, unfortunately the real problem has not been resolved, the mechanism continues to jam.
The purchased mixer for the machine in general works very well, has very good performance.
The vegetable slicer also works very well, unfortunately not suitable for larger quantities as cleaning is a bit time consuming.
