As a serviceman with a busy schedule in New York City, I was excited to try out the Severin KG 2389. Unfortunately, after using it for a few weeks, I have to say that I am quite disappointed with its performance.
One of the main features of this grill is its adjustable thermostat, but I found it to be quite inaccurate. Even when I set it to the highest temperature, my food was barely getting cooked. This made for a frustrating cooking experience, as I had to keep checking on my food and adjusting the temperature manually.
Another issue I had with the Severin KG 2389 is its electric grill fuel type. While it may be more environmentally friendly, I found that it struggled to reach the same high temperatures as a gas grill. This made it difficult to get that perfect sear on my meats and vegetables.
In comparison to other known grills, like the Weber Genesis, the Severin KG 2389 falls short in terms of performance and ease of use. While it may be more affordable, I personally think it’s worth investing in a higher quality grill if you want to get the most out of your cooking experience.
As for the delivery process, I was happy to receive my grill in a timely manner after purchasing it in January. However, given its performance, I don’t think I would recommend the Severin KG 2389 to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient grill.
