I recently bought the Redmond RMC-M800S-E multi-cooker and I must say I was disappointed with my purchase. The only positive I could say is that the 5.0 L volume is quite large, but that is the only advantage I found with this product.
The Multi Cooker Product type of this appliance was not up to the mark. Cooking meals with this multi cooker is a hassle, the cooking time is longer than expected and the food doesn’t come out the way we desired. Comparing it to other known multi cookers, the results of those cookers are far superior in terms of taste and speed.
Another downside is that the instruction manual is not that clear and concise, even with the videos that were provided. The product was difficult to handle and I would not recommend it to people who are looking for a good multi cooker.
The delivery of this multi cooker to Tampa was uneventful. The delivery guys were courteous and on time, but even with that being said, I would not recommend the product.
Therefore, I would rate the Redmond RMC-M800S-E Multi Cooker with a 2 out of 5 possible stars.
