The purchase was definitely worth it. The pressure cooker is easy to use, cleans and works perfectly! I made the best meat broth in it, aromatic, great in color and fast (beef broth in 40 minutes). Meat in general – where it usually takes a few hours to simmer even non-delicate parts, the pot only takes a fraction of the time. For example, a leg of lamb turned soft in 40 minutes, a bad beef fillet prepared as a curry was almost too soft after 20 minutes of cooking etc. Etc. I like the pot very much! Only downside: there are no spare parts to buy. The instructions for use are not easy to understand, but I managed to find a lot of good manuals on the internet so it wasn’t a problem. I think it could have been a basic cookbook or at least a brochure.
I must say it was a really good buy!
I would buy it again anytime.
