I’ve been using this pot for about 4 months now and I must say I’m excited. The pot heats up quickly, the frying works very well (if you add the food gradually) and the various preset programs do exactly what they should.
With the program, I was producing bone material several times. Thanks to the pressure, it happens very quickly and the broth tastes very intense. The slow-cook ribs and 9 hours of cooking time are perfect, and the Indian curry can be cooked quickly in 15 minutes and tastes great.
Cleaning is relatively easy, the inner pot is removable and dishwasher safe, the silicone ring also goes with me for automatic cleaning. I only clean the lid by hand, because there is water between the metal and the plastic, and thus dirt in the dishwasher.
