The whole thing looks very well made and organized. However, I have doubts about the main pot. It looks a little thin compared to what I have today (which has a lot of similarities) and a bit light and coated which makes me think it might be aluminum instead of stainless steel. It won’t last as long as stainless steel, and it even seems like there are potential health problems with cooking on aluminum. This is just a suspicion as the instructions don’t really comment on what it’s made of.
