It seems that companies are increasingly prioritizing convenience over user privacy, and I worry that Morphy Richards may be doing something similar by not making their product more user-friendly for those who don’t have an easy time with technology. Perhaps tiff just happened to be one of the lucky ones? For me, this product has been a major letdown.
